Biography
Maurice G. Bellanger is Professor of Electronics at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM), Paris, France. The author of numerous journal articles, he holds 16 patents and serves on the editorial board of Digital Signal Processing. A Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, he received the undergraduate degree (1965) in electronics engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications, Paris, France, and the Ph.D. degree (1981) from the University of Paris, Orsay.
