    Biography

    Dual qualified in both architecture and law, Sarah Lupton is a partner in Lupton Stellakis, architects, and holds a personal chair at Cardiff University. As a specialist in design liability and construction law she also practices as a Chartered Arbitrator, adjudicator and expert witness, and is author of a number of books including Which Contract? (RIBA Publishing), the highly popular Guides to JCT Contracts series (RIBA Publishing), and a new edition of Cornes and Lupton’s Design Liability in the Construction Industry (Wiley-Blackwell).
