Aitchison, BM, BCh, MA, MRCPsych, is Clinical Senior Lecturer in Adult Psychiatry, in the Section of Clinical Neuropharmacology and the Social, Genetic, and Developmental Psychiatry Centre (SGDP) Centre at the Institute of Psychiatry and is also Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist for the Croydon Early Onset Psychosis Service, Croydon, UK.

    Eva M.Tsapakis, BSc(Hons), MBBS, MRCPsych, Liaison Psychiatry, King's College Hospital and Clinical Research Worker, Section of Clinical Neuropharmacology and SGDP Centre, Institute of Psychiatry, London, UK; and Research Fellow, Mailman Research Center, McLean Hospital, Belmont, Massachusetts, USA.
