    Biography

    Jacqueline E. Jacobs, PhD, has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of special education, professor of special education, and professor of educational leadership on five continents. She counts among her greatest learning opportunities her interactions with students, teachers, and parents. As President of KMH Educational Consulting, LLC, she currently provides consulting to school districts on principal leadership and special education., Kevin L. O’Gorman, PhD, is currently the Associate Superintendent for Instruction and Accountability for Aiken County Public Schools in Aiken, South Carolina. He has served as a teacher and an administrator in predominately high-poverty schools in South Carolina and has taught graduate courses in educational administration at both the University of South Carolina and Western Carolina University.
