    Biography

    Anita M. Pankake is an independent dissertation editor and coach. She was formerly Professor and Director of the Doctoral program in Educational Leadership at the University of Texas Pan American. Prior to her work in higher education she was a teacher, team leader, assistant principal, and principal.

    Chuey Abrego is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Texas Rio Grade Valley.  He was a teacher, administrator in the Texas Education Agency, high school assistant principal, and middle school principal before moving to the university.
