    Biography

    Arindam Das is Associate Professor at the IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University, Chennai, India. He has more than 25 years of professional experience, including consulting assignments, senior managerial roles, executive training and academic responsibilities in business schools. His current focus areas in research and teaching include corporate governance, M&A/EJV performance, international business and technology-led business transformation. He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, and he is a certified independent director with the Institute of Directors.
