Brian is recognized as an Expert in IT Service Management (holding numerous ITIL credentials); is certified in Six Sigma; and holds two Masters Degrees from Polytechnic University: Management of Technology, and Information Systems Engineering. Brian has extensive experience in the microverticals of Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management, spanning several industries. As a consultant, trainer and coach, Brian has mentored many industry professional, using his own material and methodology aligned to the PMI Standards and Practice Guides.
