    Biography

    William B. Eddy is associate Dean and camper professor of administration in the school business of and public administration University of Missouri Kansas City. He received the BS and Ms degrees from Kansas State University and the Ph.D degree in industrial psychology from Michigan State University. Dr. Eddy has authored several articles and books on the application of behavioural science methods and conducts management programmes and serves as a consultant for public as well as private organisations. A licenced organisational psychologist Dr. Eddy is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and a member of the American Society for Public Administration and the National Training Laboratories.
