    Biography

    Rebecca Stefoff has written many nonfiction books for young readers. Earlier works about the exploration of North America include the three-volume Extraordinary Explorers series (Oxford University Press, 1992), The Viking Explorers (Chelsea House, 1993), and Exploring the New World (Benchmark Books, 2001). Stefoff has written about the settlement of North America in The Colonies (Benchmark Books, 2001) and American Voices from Colonial Life (Benchmark Books, 2003).
