    Shuming Bao is the Senior Research Coordinator for China Initiatives at the International Institute of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, USA. Shuanglin Lin is Lindley Professor in the Department of Economics, University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA. Changwen Zhao is Professor at the Business School in Sichuan University, China.
