    Biography

    Marcel de Haans has been an officer in the Netherlands Armed Forces since 1988. Among other assignments he served as a military-political analyst at Army Staff, as a lecturer in International Relations at the Royal Netherlands Military Academy and as Head Research Branch at NATO School, Germany.
