    Biography

    John Michael Cooper is Professor of Music and Margarett Root Brown Chair in Fine Arts at Southwestern University (Georgetown, Texas).

    Angela R. Mace is  a Ph.D. candidate in musicology at Duke University. She is co-author, with R. Larry Todd, of "Mendelssohn and the Free Chorale" in Choral Journal 49/9 (March 2009) and Verzeichnis der Werke Felix Mendelssogn Barholdys in Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy: Sein Leben, Seine Musik, Stuttgart: Carus/Reclam, 2008.
