Biography
John Astley is a freelance consultant in education, training, and organisational change.

Dr Barry Dufour is Visiting Professor of Education Studies at De Montfort University, Leicester. He is the author of many books and articles since the 1970s and has had an extensive career in the professional education and training of teachers.
