Malcolm H. Dunn, University of Potsdam

In 2015 the United Nations finally adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework for international development. This step was overdue, as the former MDGs did not address the aim of sustainable development properly. The SDGs are criticised for being too discretionary. This book helps to animate the SDGs identifying important fields of action.
