    Biography

    Del L. Younker is a Principal Consultant for PMA Consultants LLC, Orlando, Florida. The author or coauthor of numerous professional publications, he is the Vice President of Construction for SAVE International and the Chair of the Value Engineering and Constructibility Committee for AACE International. He received the A.S. degree (1973) from ITT Technical Institute, Indianapolis, Indiana, the B.S. degree (1985) in technical management from Tri State University, Angola, Indiana, and the M.S. degree (1999) in management from the Florida Institute of Technology, Orlando.
