Biography
I was born in Poland and emigrated to Canada in 1998. I received my doctorate degree in Physics from the University of British Columbia, Canada, and since 2001 I worked as an imaging scientist in the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Beth Israel Medical Center, and Brigham and Women's Hospital before joining Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in 2012. I am fascinated by random processes and apply Bayesian principles to study uncertainty in decision problems found in medicine, finance, and every day’s life.Education
