Ming Li, Ph.D. from City University of Hong Kong, is in the areas of applied statistics, applied mathematics, ship structural mechanics, fractional vibrations, fractal time series, computer science, signals and systems, and random data processing. He has published over 200 papers in international journals and international conferences, and 6 monographs in those areas. Among them, two papers were recognized as Top 100 Most Cited Chinese Papers Published in International Journals in 2010, and 2012, respectively. He was identified as the Most Cited Chinese Researcher, listed in the most world influential researchers in China, by Elsevier Publishing Co. in 2014 (2 Feb.) (1st Ed., Annual List), 2015 (29 Jan.)
