Lisa is a Program Evaluation and Assessment consultant in the private and public sectors. Many of her clients are university faculty performing research to improve computing education and broaden its appeal to non-traditional students. In addition, she serves as an Associate Editor of Inroads Magazine, the ACM publication for computing education professionals, is a member of the ACM Education Council and serves on the Advisory Board of Global Tech Women.

An enthusiastic writer, Lisa pens a quarterly column "Percolations" for Inroads magazine, and maintains a blog exploring a wide range of topics in Interdisciplinary Computing. Lisa has published numerous peer reviewed articles and served multiple times as committee member for the SIGCSE, ICER and Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing conferences.

Lisa is passionate about reducing waste in society and cares deeply about the needless suffering in the world. When she is not writing, Lisa can be found exploring the outdoors or volunteering somewhere.
