Experimental and Molecular Dynamics Study of Boron-Nitride Nanotube Reinforced Poly-Methyl Methacrylate Composites

Published: May 01, 2019 by Journal of Composite Materials
Authors: Sharma S., Setia P., Chandra R., Thakur N.

Heat dissipation is very essential for the efficient working of electronic devices. There is a widespread demand for highthermal conductivity materials. Boron nitride nanotubes have high thermal conductivity but due to their poor interfacialadhesion with polymers, their use as heat dissipating material is restricted.
