Risto Gladden

Change Management Consultant

Working globally has exposed me to different languages, value systems, and institutional environments. It has been one of the most broadening aspects of my personal and professional life and has instilled within me new ways of learning and responding to social–cultural differences. My ambition is to help organisations turn their aspirations into real benefits by building their capability for effectively managing change in global settings and different cultural contexts.
