William Roy Penney

Dr. Penney joined the University of Arkansas faculty as Professor of Chemical Engineering in 1989. He has mentored 15 graduate students and at least 10 teams participating in the WERC Environmental Design Competition at New Mexico State University, and has taught technical administration, fluids, heat transport, and design. He is the 2011 recipient of the North American Mixing Forum’s Award for Excellence and Sustained Contributions to Mixing Research and Practice.
