Dr. Marie Carasco-Saul is the Chief Social Scientist and Managing Director of Talent en Floré LLC, an executive coaching practice supporting individuals interested in personal or professional change. She is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.  She has served as a trusted advisor to C-level leadership teams managing task forces for large-scale global change initiatives and Human Resources strategy in multiples sectors, including aerospace, Engineering, oil and gas, government consulting and higher education.

Marie has deep functional expertise in high-potential leader development and appreciative change management using multiple interventions for individual, group and organization-wide planned change. She teaches Masters-level courses in Organizational Behavior, Global Diversity and Leadership Studies. Her research and professional interests are in leader development, identity and belonging, Organization Development (OD) competencies, HR strategy, and qualitative research methods. She also advises start-up and small business leaders on HR strategy.
