Dr. Marie Carasco-Saul is the Managing Director and Principal Applied Behavioral Scientist of Talent en Floré Ltd. Co. which provides executive coaching to emerging leaders, new managers and individuals experiencing personal/professional crisis. In the early part of her career Marie provided training and development consulting, research, coaching and fundraising support to nonprofit clients in New York City. Over the last 12 years she has held progressive organization development leadership roles aligning business, mission and global talent strategies.

Marie has served as an executive coach and trusted advisor to C-level leadership teams managing task forces for large-scale global change initiatives in multiples sectors, including aerospace, Engineering, oil and gas, government consulting and higher education. She has deep functional expertise in high-potential leader development and appreciative change management using multiple interventions for individual, group and organization-wide planned change. Marie is an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Studies and advises start-up leaders on HR strategy.
