Paul Charles Topalian possesses 30 years as an intelligence professional with nearly 20 years in the Asia-Pacific region. He brings with him considerable firsthand multi-agency experience having served throughout the intelligence community, the military, and with the Department of Justice. An analyst and former collector, he understands the critical importance of actionable intelligence and how intelligence disciplines can tip-off and complement each other. A retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel and U.S. Naval War College graduate, his overseas assignments led him to live Germany, Italy, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. His academic credentials include two graduate degrees: MA in International Security Studies and Policy Making and a MS in Business Management. Paul is a proud recipient of several national level U.S. intelligence and U.S. law enforcement awards for both personal and team achievements.Education
