Kris has spoken at global conferences including the PMI Global Congress and the Society for Human Resource Management Annual Global Conference. In addition, she has been a guest lecturer for the University of Pennsylvania, La Salle University, and the Project Management Institute. She has written a book entitled: Becoming a Sustainable Organization: A Project and Portfolio Management Approach published by CRC Press. In addition, she has contributed white papers and articles to the online publications of Project Management.com, Sustainable Brands and the Wharton Magazine.
Kristina brings over 25 years of executive business management experience in the corporate and not for profit areas. Her background includes serving as Vice President and Manager at JPMorgan Chase and President of the Moorestown Home and School Association. She has served on numerous Boards including the LaSalle University Human Capital Advisory Board, the Tender, an Alzheimer respite care center, the Moorestown Home & School Association, and the Moorestown Education Foundation. Kristina holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is also a Project Management Institute member and a certified PMP.

• Lead a consulting firm providing strategic, implementation, project management and sustainability solutions for clients in the life sciences, global manufacturing, and entertainment industries.
Moorestown H&S Association-President
• Led the Board of Trustees for an Education NGO responsible for managing a 501 c3 corporation supporting six schools in the Moorestown, NJ School District and contributing over $1,000,000 to the schools over a 7 year period.
• Managed a NYC Middle Market Commercial Group consisting of Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP) Assistant Secretary (AS), Credit Analysts, and Management Trainees. Loan portfolio of $250,000,000.
