Dr. Jay Liebowitz is the Distinguished Chair in Applied Business and Finance at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. He has served as the Orkand Endowed Chair in Management and Technology at University of Maryland University College, full Professor at Johns Hopkins University, and the first Knowledge Management Officer at NASA Goddard.
