Biography
Jack N. Behrman is the Luther Hodges Distinguished Professor at the University of North Carolina. He has served as assistant secretary of commerce for international affairs and later for domestic and international business. He has contributed more than 100 articles to professional journals and has written over 35 books and monographs on international business. Dr. Behrman has been the Thomas Carroll visiting professor at Harvard Business School and chairman of the M.B.A. program at the University of North Carolina. He is currently associate dean at the University of North Carolina. He received the B.S. degree from Davidson College (cum laude), an M.A. in economics from the University of North Carolina, and both an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Princeton.
