    Biography

    Emilia Dowling is Consultant Child Psychologist and Head of Child Psychology at the Tavis tock Clinic. Elsie Osborne is a chartered child psychologist and was Head of Discipline in the Child and Family Department of the Tavis tock Clinic, prior to her retirement.
