    Biography

    Frank R. Spellman, PhD, is a retired assistant professor of environmental health at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia. He is the author of more than 90 books covering topics in environmental science and occupational health, and has been cited in more than 450 publications. Dr. Spellman holds a BA in public administration, a BS in business management, an MBA, and both an MS and a PhD in environmental engineering.

    Kathern D. Welsh is the published author of several books, both fiction, and non-fiction, and has written numerous articles for magazines; was both a contributing editor for Suite101.com, and host of a TV show for over two years, and a writer for numerous clients at Elance.com. She is an Editing & Proofing-Chicago Specialist, Written English Professional, and Keyboard Typist, as well as an accomplished oil painting artist, award winning poet, and musician. As an experienced graphic artist with a medical training background, she has been working as an illustrator for Frank R. Spellman, for nearly a year. Her years of individual training in a wide variety of subjects, provides knowledge, and expertise to work in numerous areas.
