    Biography

    Jonathan F. Hutchings is a Licensed Building Contractor, Santa Cruz, California, and serves as an expert witness and consultant to the insurance industry. He also teaches construction law, contract law, and labor codes for the U.S. Department of Labor. Known as one of the nation's premiere authors in construction technology and business management, he holds a degree in construction management, as well as state teaching and administrative credentials in construction technologies, business management and microcomputer applications.
