Now that Philosophy for Children (P4/wC) has taken root in every part of the world, it is important to re-evaluate the pioneering work in this field from the founders of the global movement. Each unique book in this series therefore presents the work of one founder of philosophy for children, in a number of thematic sections. The distinctive focus for the series is the critical evaluation of each scholar’s contribution by current and emerging experts in the field, as well as the introduction to the scholars’ relevant articles, reprinted in the anthologies.
