Dr Tae-Hwan Kwak is Professor Emeritus of Political Science, Eastern Kentucky University, USA and Chair-Professor at Kyungnam University, Korea and Dr Seung-Ho Joo is Professor of Political Science, University of Minnesota-Morris, USA.
