    Biography

    Gretchen M. Bataille is currently at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is co-author of American Indian Women: Telling Their Lives and American Indian Women: A Guide to Research. Laurie Lisa was a contributor to the first edition of Native American Women and holds a Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
