    The Industrial Revolution 4.0 describes the exponential changes to the way we live, work, and relate to one another due to the adoption of cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things, and the Internet of Systems.     Biography

    Dyah Nirmala Arum Janie, (Ph.D accounting from Diponegoro University, Semarang), is Director of the Research Publication Center of Universitas Semarang and is specialized in the field of Accounting Information Systems for Small and Intermedium Enterprises.
    Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih holds a PhD in Management from the School of Business and Management Institute Technology Bandung. Founder of the Research Synergy Foundation, which focuses on developing integrative research ecosystems in Asia and Australia. Research interest are Social Entrepreneurship, Knowledge based innovation and Innovation management.
    Ani Wahyu Rachmawati is the Founder and Director of publication of the Research Synergy Foundation, specialized in the field of Organization Behavior, Leadership, Knowledge Management and Psychology. Now working also as lecturer at the International Women University, Indonesia.
