Richard Grigonis has been the chief technical editor of Communications Convergence magazine formally called Computer Telephony, since its fair share of operation in 1994. He is the author of such well known books as the Computer Telephony Encyclopaedia(CMP Books 2000) and Fault Resilient PCs (CMP Books/Telecom Library 1996).
