A special session on ConRepNet the EC-sponsored thematic network on the performance-based rehabilitation of reinforced concrete structures is included. The members of the technical committee were: Professor Peter Robery, UK; Professor Carmen Andrade,Spain; Dr Ulrich Schneck, Germany; Kevin Armstrong, Jersey; Dr John Broomfield, UK. The conference was sponsored by the American Concrete Institute and supported by the Institute of Concrete Technology, The Concrete Society and the Corrosion Prevention Association. Each paper includes a detailed abstract in French.
