Communications in Cybernetics, Systems Science and Engineering - Proceedings (CCSSEP) is a cross-disciplinary series devoted to theoretical and applied research contributions to cybernetics, systems science and engineering. The series aims to publish the highest quality conference proceedings on the most recent advances and innovative applications in the relevant areas of investigation, catering to a rapidly growing worldwide interest in a cybernetic and systemic methodology with an ever-increasing capacity to deal with new challenges in a way that traditional science can not. The CCSSEP series will consolidate the worldwide findings in systems science and engineering and aims to become a comprehensive theoretical, practical, international, multi- and interdisciplinary database of, reference work on and guide to issues in these fields of research and the strategies required for better implementation in the context of environmental protection and sustainable social and economic development. Carefully edited conference proceedings, featuring contributions from leading scholars and engineers, will make valuable contributions to a deeper understanding of human, artificial and natural systems as well as of issues that confront the modern world. Communications in Cybernetics, Systems Science and Engineering - Proceedings is committed to nurturing worldwide conversations about cybernetic and systemic approaches for the betterment of human lives and aims to make a substantial contribution to rethinking science as well as engineering applications of cybernetic and systemic methods in all types of settings.
The series aims at professionals, academics and students in the theoretical and applied fields of cybernetics, systems science and engineering, researchers and consultants in cybernetics and systems, computer and information scientists, development and systems engineers, mathematicians, librarians, management cyberneticists and systemists, medical scientists, educators, advanced research workers, intelligent and manufacturing engineers in industry and researchers at universities with an interest in the application of modeling, simulation, optimization and control to specific systems. It will also prove useful to leading decision- and policy-makers, governmental policy-makers, business leaders, and international bodies like the United Nations family and the international and regional development banks, financial institutions and donors associated with technical and economic cooperation in developing countries.
