Philip C. Kendall is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Child and Adolescent Anxiety Disorders Clinic at Temple University in Pennsylvania, USA.
Jonathan S. Comer is a Chief Research Fellow in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University in New York City, USA.
