Future advances in science and technology depend on the quality of education, as the students of today will become the researchers and scientists of tomorrow. Consequently, CRC Press is dedicated to publishing the textbooks required to build excellent courses. We intentionally recruit authors who are leading experts and innovators in their fields. Every potential textbook is peer-reviewed by instructors in the field to ensure its suitability.
Many of our textbooks are available in eTextbook format. Students can purchase or rent the electronic textbook, share notes and highlighting with classmates, and access their textbook by download, online, or on a mobile device.
To see a complete listing of textbooks by subject area, visit our dedicated textbook section.
Many of our textbooks are accompanied by supplemental teaching tools to help professors build an engaging curriculum. Lecture slides, test banks, and solutions manuals are often available either for download or on CD-ROM/DVD. In addition, many authors maintain course-related websites where additional and updated material is available.
We provide complimentary evaluation copies of primary textbooks to instructors considering our books for course adoption. For any book available as an eTextbook, professors can choose to review a copy in electronic or print format. Simply go to the book's web page and click on the button marked "Request Evaluation Copy."
We are expanding our reach in the textbook arena and continue to add experienced instructors to our list of textbook authors. If you have a proposal for a textbook, please review our list of editors and contact the person associated with your area of interest.
“I am very satisfied with the selection of texts that are offered by CRC Press. I continue to use your forensics texts for curriculum development in our CRJS Program.”
