    Biography

    Carl L. Pritchard is the Principal of Pritchard Management Associates and is a widely recognized risk management and project management authority and lecturer. Mr. Pritchard’s publications include courses in project management as well as Risk Management: Concepts and Guidance, How to Build a Work Breakdown Structure, and Precedence Diagramming: Successful Scheduling in the Team Environment. He coauthored Managing Projects in Organizations—The CD-ROM with J. Davidson Frame. With J. LeRoy Ward, he has coauthored The Portable PMP® Prep: Conversations on Passing the PMP® Exam set of nine CDs. He has contributed chapters for numerous major project management texts, including Dr. David Cleland’s Field Guide to Project Management (second edition) and Joan Knutson’s Project Management for the Business Professional. He is the U.S. correspondent for Project Manager Today, a project management journal published in the United Kingdom.
