    The Sixth International Conference on Economic and Business Management (FEBM2021) was successfully held online on October 16-17, 2021, and aimed to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as industry professionals from all over the world to present their latest research findings and development activities in economic and business management. These proceedings include 51 accepted articles selected from 94 submissions.

    Biography

    Xiaoxia Huang, Ph.D., is a professor and associate dean in the School of Economics and Management, University of Science and Technology Beijing. She got her Balchelor degree of Engineering and Master degree of Management from University of Science and Technology Beijing, her Balchelor of Economics from University of International Business and Economics, and her Ph.D in Management Science and Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. Her major research interests include portfolio selection, international investment, investment optimization and ventral investment. She is continuously listed in the Most Cited Chinese Researchers issued by Elsevier from 2014 to 2020 and is now serving as Editor of Journal of Modelling in Management and Journal of Interdisciplinary Economics.

    Feng Zhang, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Management at The Pennsylvania State University Abington. Her research interests include technological capability building of multinational corporations, organizational learning, strategic management, emerging market firms and patent economics. Her research has been published as book chapters and journal articles in International Business Review, Journal of International Management, Management and Organization Review, International Journal of Emerging Markets, Journal of Information and Knowledge Management etc.
