    Michael Ira Smith, PhD, RPh, is Founder and President of MIS Pharmaceutical Consultants, Inc., a management consulting firm for the pharmaceutical and health care industries. Albert I. Wertheimer, PhD, RPh, MBA, is Professor and Research Center Director at Temple University School of Pharmacy. Jack E. Fincham, PhD, RPh, is the Albert W. Jowdy Professor of Pharmacy Care at the Department of Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy at the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.
