For Instructors

At CRC Press, we believe that the future of our world as well as our own future is dependent on the care we take in preparing students. Consequently, the core of our mission is concerned with making sure that instructors at all levels are provided with the teaching materials they require.  To this end we produce both primary and secondary textbooks that are as student and instructor friendly as they are authoritative.

What Makes a Book a Textbook
All of our primary textbooks are produced by qualified instructors, many of whom are pioneers in their field; all of whom have significant teaching experience. Each manuscript is peer-reviewed by instructors in the field to ensure its suitability.

Each primary textbook must be related directly to specific courses and must provide pedagogic features that enhances the teaching of those courses.

These features when appropriate include instructor, solution, and lab manuals, as well as test bank questions, extra problems and exercises, instructive case studies, PowerPoint slides, lecture points, handouts, syllabi, activity suggestions, and other material often available online or on CD-ROM for easy adaptation.
