Engineering Management

About the Series

The series focuses on transforming, leading, and managing the project-based organization. Project-based organizations include organizations focused on delivering projects (construction, spec hardware, new military systems, research and development efforts). Current project-based organization books primarily focus on project management. This series will provide a foundation for integrating important topics such as business and enterprise transformation, strategic management, portfolio management, and project delivery. Project-based organizations are struggling to deliver projects. This series will pull together authors and their knowledge on the core disciplines for transforming, leading, managing, and delivering solutions within the project-based organization.

If you are interested in writing or editing a book for the series or would like more information, please contact Cindy Carelli, [email protected].
