Dr. Chang is Vice President, Biometrics at AMAG Pharmaceuticals and an adjunct professor of Boston University. He is a co-founder of the International Society for Biopharmaceutical Statistics, was an executive member of the ASA Biopharmaceutical Section, a member of the Expert Panel for the Networks of Centres of Excellence (NCE), Canada, and a co-chair of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) Adaptive Design Working Group. Dr. Chang severs on editorial board for statistical journals. His publications include five books in biostatistics and clinical trial designs. Dr. Chang is an elected fellow of the American Statistical Association.
