Currently employed at the University of Mississippi as Associate Professor. Published over 70 research papers in peer reviewed journals and over 100 presentations in scientific meetings. Edited two books :Dermatokinetics of therapeutic agents" and "Topical nail products and Ungual drug delivery". Mentored several post docs and graduate students. Murthy Research Group focuses mainly on drug delivery systems with specific emphasis on skin, nail and brain.Education
