I specialize in Safety and Health Management System implementation, safety culture change, safety training, safety team building and developing people to be professional safety practitioners and communicators. I believe in safety motivation and am critical of traditional thinking in safety management where safety is dumped on the Safety Department. I believe safety must be initiated and led by management. I am not afraid to challenge safety's sacred cows!
