    Dr. Jianping Liu obtained master degree in economics of Human Resources from Renmin University of China in 1996, master degree in E-business of British Queen Margaret University in 2001, doctor degree in economics of Industrial Economics from Renmin University of China in 2005, and worked as a postdoctor of Environment Economy at Research Center of Ecological Environment of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. Successively worked in Finance Ministry, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State Electricity Regulatory Commission. At present, he is division director of Department of Development and Plan of National Energy Administration, research fellow of Institute of Urban environment of Chinese Academy of sciences and professor of China-Eu Institute of Clean and Renewable Energy of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has published more than 20 papers on a wide range of topics in system reform and energy development. Also he has written 4 books since 2006, and his latest book Intelligent Energy –The Ten Thousand Years of Us (Written in Chinese ) won the first prize of Popular Science Books Award by Chinese Society for electrical engineering, China Reading Weekly Top 100 Books Award in 2013, also the book is the candidate book of Popular Science Books Award by China Science Writers’ Association.

    Dr. Shaoqiang Chen obtained master degree in finance of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, master degree in public policy management of Hitotsubashi University, doctor degree in economics of Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance. Now served in Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance as researcher and supervisor of postgraduate. Research mainly involves the fiscal and monetary policy, state-owned assets management, social security, energy-saving and emission-reduction. He had already published dozens of articles in these areas.

    Dr. Tao Liu obtained master degree in management of Changsha university of science, doctor degree in economics of Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, postdoctor of Institute of Economic Management of Tsinghua university.
